Handle CJK Input Method Differently

The CJK input method has a significatly difference with non-CJK input:

• Chinese Pinyin: Need candidaate
• Japanse Romaji: Need candidate

Especitally, it will pre-fill letters into the field when candidate waiting. And if you want to skip candidate select you typically type the Enter.

So, you should take this in mind either if:

• You are listening single letter key (like in CMDK menu)
• You are listening Enter for sending or submitting

I flag this bug to Karri (Linear CEO) and they got me back in one week.

The Linear team have members from different culture, so they can craft a utimate-detailed product experience.

Personally I've been learning multiple langauge for years. This is not intend for treavelling their only, but you are feeling "culture", which is the most subtle difference between people (AI is hard to point that out).
